By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the signee agrees to settle all accounts, pay for damage, breakages or loss of property from the room and/or property grounds and abide by THE HOTEL BYLAWS and ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY. 

THE PINK HOTEL COOLANGATTA

HOTEL BYLAWS​

  1. You must be a registered guest and see reception before to given access to The Pink Hotel rooftop.

  2. Valid photo ID must be provided upon check-in and a Pink Hotel Coolangatta Members Profile set up on our website at www.thepinkhotelcoolangatta.com.

  3. The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of invoices or tabs.

  4. Guest understands and agrees to abide by the QLD RSA act (Responsible Service of Alcohol).

  5. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to The Pink Hotel Coolangatta caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible. 

  6. Hotel Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewelry or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms or in public areas of   The Pink Hotel Coolangatta.

  7.  Pets are not allowed. A fee will be charged for professional cleaning of room and furnishings if a pet has been inside a hotel room or on the grounds.

  8.  Free and unrestricted public parking is possible in Clarke Street adjoining the motel and Greenmount Beach public car park.  The motel does not provide off-street parking.

  9.  Rooftop guests are to leave the premise quietly once The Rooftop shuts at 8:00pm QLD time.

  10.  Our staff and security guards' directions must be followed.

  11.  We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guests at our discretion. 

  12.  Do not urinate on the hotel grounds or off the rooftop. There are public restrooms on the rooftop and ground floor next to reception. Anyone found urinating on public grounds will be removed immediately and footage handed to the authorities if necessary. 

  13. Alcohol is not to be taken off-premise.

  14. We reserve the right to check any member's bags if given suspicious reason.

  15. Glassware must not be removed from the premise.

  16. Guests must dress respectfully, we reserve the right to remove a guest if dressed inappropriately.

 

HOTEL ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY.

  1. No noise on balconies after midnight.

  2. No drinking in public balcony areas after 10:00pm QLD time.

  3. No drinking in the garden area after 10:00pm QLD time.

  4. ZERO NOISE POLICY / no guest disturbance after midnight.

  5. Guests not complying with the above will be given a warning.

  6. If the warning is ignored, guests will be asked to leave.

  7. If the guest doesn't leave the police will be called.

PRIVACY

  1. None of your data will be shared with any third parties.

  3. You may be notified of rooftop opening and closed times and other events via email.
