We want you to love your Pink Hotel merchandise. Please read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.

Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or incorrect selection. Please refer to the size guide before placing your order.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the fault or damage

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Condition of returns
Returned items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• In original condition with tags attached

Sale items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is confirmed as faulty, return shipping will be covered by us.

All merchandise orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post delays.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. (You can change this if needed.)

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Issues
Pink Hotel Coolangatta is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect delivery addresses, or parcels left unattended.
